Great location and helpful staff!

helpful staff convenient location room upgrade
The staff was very helpful. Baykal helped arrange transportation, and Sude, Cemal, and Eyup were very accommodating at reception. I needed an extra crib, I got upgraded to a bigger room to fit it (a nice surprise). the location is very convenient.
I experienced a problem with the pillows. The pillows felt old and hard, and despite requesting replacements, I unfortunately did not receive better pillows .

The breakfast area includes several stations. I saw fresh fruit options and a variety of pastries. There was also a selection of local cheeses and olives. hot dishes like scrambled eggs and sausages.

Many popular tourist spots are within easy walking distance (this made exploring very convenient). The hotel is also located in a safe area, so I felt secure walking around at night.

I observed that the reception staff are multilingual, they communicate in English, German and Arabic. The front desk is staffed 24/7.

The hotel features free wifi. There is a rooftop area . I noticed there are elevators available to access higher floors (which is useful with luggage).
